Global Energy Solutions, Inc. is in the business of helping industrial, commercial, and institutional owners find cost-effective ways to generate steam, power, heating and chilling, with an emphasis on alternative renewable fuels to promote sustainability. 

The company was established in 1996 by Gregory W. Smith (BSIE, Georgia Tech, and MEM, Northwestern University) who has worked in energy management for over 30 years and is now called on regularly to share his expertise and conceptualize creative solutions for clients that need to minimize costs and offset or reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
